Uses

For a midday boost, rub one to two drops between your hands, cup them over your face, and inhale. Experience a comforting massage by adding to doTERRA Spa Hand and Body Lotion. Support healthy digestion and freshen your breath by adding one drop to four fluid ounces of water.*

Directions For Use

For aromatic use, add three to four drops to your preferred diffuser. When applying topically, dilute one drop of essential oil with 10 drops of carrier oil. For internal use, dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of water. Please review additional precautions below.

Peppermint Essential Oil

The peppermint plant is a hybrid of water mint and spearmint and was first described by Carl Linnaeus in 1753. A high menthol content—like that found in the doTERRA Peppermint essential oil—distinguishes the best quality Peppermint oil from other products. The sharp, sweet scent of Peppermint essential oil can create an exhilarating, stimulating environment during physical activity.

Japanese Peppermint Essential Oil

Creates a fresh, stimulating environment. Peppermint and Japanese Peppermint come from the same Mentha genus but different plant species. Japanese Peppermint has a higher concentration of menthol.

Bergamot Mint Essential Oil

Comes from a flowering perennial herb with violet flowers and heart-shaped leaves. Like Lavender, the major chemical constituents of Bergamot Mint are linalool and linalyl acetate.

Spearmint Essential Oil

Spearmint is a perennial plant that grows 11–40 inches tall and flourishes in temperate climates. It’s widely used in gums, candies, and dental products for its minty taste and promotion of fresh breath.
